In the current scenario when most consultations are happening online, it’s easier for the doctor and the patient to be able to access all their current and past medical records remotely

Our website is linked with your AADHAAR ID, to ensure unique identification. Every time you visit the doctor, the patient details are updated with the latest prescription. We have a doctor and patient portal. The patient signs up with their AADHAAR ID, and a personalized QR code is generated for each patient. The patient will subsequently login with their username and password that they created. The patient can access all of their past health records in one place. The doctor can also view the patient records through a separate login. Every time a doctor tries to access their patient’s records, they must use the patient’s unique QR code. The patient will receive an OTP (stating that a doctor is trying to access their records), which they will have to authenticate the link to allow the doctor to access the patient data.
